Awesome CrossFit box. Coaches are super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. Not my normal,"home" gym, to far for me. But I really enjoyed my drop in, and wouldn't hesitate to go back, and highly recommend for anybody at any skill level (including inexperienced) to try out.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Remedy Athletics to literally anyone who wants to prioritize their health, no matter where they’re at in life or their health journey. 13+ years of going to CF gyms and Remedy/ CF Marysville is easily one of my favorite gyms by far. Amazing facility, great programming , and friendly community.
Horrible, especially management, i.e. Josh. Will not let you workout more than once per day, and allows other people to do their own workouts on the side, but not for you. There are better crossfit gyms to go to around the area, do not waste your time.
