We went as a walk in on Sunday here for the first time as we need family Doctor for a family of 4, everything went smoothly, we wait maybe for 15 to 20 minutes before got called in to the room to see Dr. Morakinyo (we like Dr Morakinyo from the first time we saw her, very professional, understanding, explains very clearly) Reception girl was very kind and helpful, answered all our questions. Thank you for good experience and thank you for accepting us!
We went to see the Doctor. She is so friendly and through in looking after my wifes health. Highly efficient and professional. My wife & I are in the foyer/waiting area and have witnessed how big is the patience of front desk in conversing with "entitled" patients. To Remedium, GOD Bless GOD Speed
Don’t go here they will make you wait 4 hours then refuse to help and just say go to the hospital lol.
Came walk in at 11:30am didn't see doctor till 3:50+pm This place had 3-4 doctors to check patients but can't mult task like 2-3 doctors doing appointments and 1 does the walk in. Or train ur receptionist to manage patients they send as for 3 appointment next 1 is walk in then repeat it. Or better remove your WALK IN SIGN outside. TOTAL WASTE coming the pain I feel get worsen by waiting for too long, this place made feel unwanted.
