Jonathan was absolutely fantastic in helping us assess and understand a water-related issue that appeared on one of our walls. He was able to come out to us fairly quickly, after making the call, and was extremely knowledgeable about what was happening. He did not rush the process and stayed as long as he needed to until all of our questions and concerns were answered and eased. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing with water or mold issues.

Anthony and his team are fantastic! They got me a timely appointment and showed up on time and were prepared. That alone is amazing here in FL!! They knew at their first visit with me that I would be concerned about chemicals since I am into natural health and wellness and low toxin living and they were able to explain the safety of the products they use and didn’t look at me like I was crazy😂🙌🏻. I had been having sinus issues lately and smelled something musty near my air conditioner. I was fearful of mold so I called the company and was connected with Anthony. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how generous he was with his time. He came out to my place the next day, took the necessary samples and I had test results that evening. It was so quick and easy. So worth the peace of mind it gave my family. This company was up front about the cost, what they planned to do and the timeline. Highly recommend!!

I honestly cannot say enough about Remediation 911. A quick backstory is my daughter has Cystic Fibrosis. Without getting into the details of it, just understand that mold of any kind that gets into her lungs can be catastrophic.
