I had been having sinus issues lately and smelled something musty near my air conditioner. I was fearful of mold so I called the company and was connected with Anthony. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how generous he was with his time. He came out to my place the next day, took the necessary samples and I had test results that evening. It was so quick and easy. So worth the peace of mind it gave my family. This company was up front about the cost, what they planned to do and the timeline. Highly recommend!!

The water heater in the condo above me burst. I called 911 They arrived quickly and set up their equipment. They showed up on time each day to check the progress. They were very accommodating. The project manager,Tony Pujois was very thorough. Steve Rodriguez was very pleasant to deal with.

We live out-of-state and our condo suffered smoke damage from a fire next door. Dealing with companies that we didn't know and doing it remotely made the experience even more complex and frustrating. Based on reviews, we selected Remediation 911 and were not disappointed. Anthony was always very responsive and helped us navigate through the clean-up with professional guidance and timely action. We are happy to recommend Remediation 911 to anyone going through a similar, and unfortunate, experience.

I’ve never left a review online before and this is the first time that I’ve felt compelled to do so. Simply put, Anthony and his son Mike provide some of the highest level of customer service that I have ever experienced and go above and beyond in the types of services that they provide. If you have any kind of emergency remediation that needs to be done at your home, you will be more than satisfied with this company. I highly recommend them.

I honestly cannot say enough about Remediation 911. A quick backstory is my daughter has Cystic Fibrosis. Without getting into the details of it, just understand that mold of any kind that gets into her lungs can be catastrophic. So when my wife smelled something musty coming from of all places, my daughter’s bedroom, we wasted no time in doing a quick google search and found Remediation 911 based on the 5 star reviews.
