I have been going to Remedez off and on for over 10 years. I love the spa section. I have had facials, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures. I love the vibe in the back with low lighting and robes to change into. I also LOVE the trail mix! I can't get enough of it. My only complaint would be that the whole place needs a good scrub down. There is usually hair all over in the waiting area. Details matter.

I have two words if you visit this place, Tasha Raven. Whether its for hair or a massage, I couldn't recommend this woman high enough for you. The first service I ever received from her was cutting my 2 year old sons hair. My son has incredibly curly hair, that's wavy towards the roots, any time I've gotten his hair cut, stylists don't think about the way his hair naturally is. Had an apt at 2 PM and sat there until 2:40 pm. Nobody said anything to me. I went back twice to check on the wait time and they kept telling me to keep waiting. When I approached them again they said their was a schedule confusion and they scheduled my hairstylist with someone else? What the heck? Horrible service. Didn’t even apologize. I left and found a better one

I had a really great girl waxing my eyebrows, asked her if she was leaving anytime soon, she said no. Apparently that wasn’t true, so I tried a new girl. After waxing my eyebrows for almost ten years with no issues, I got a burn using hard wax. I called to ask what was up with that, and the manager didn’t even talk to me on the phone, she had the girl who answered the phone tell me that it must be my fault, my skin is too dry, or too moisturized, or suddenly it’s too sensitive even though nothing has changed. I love this place ! I called and made an appointment and only had to wait like a minute. I forgot her name but the girl who helped me was so nice!! I went to get a haircut and I was surprised because you get a free scalp and shoulder massage with an amazing oil. They use high end products and oils for your hair too. And it wasn't even that expensive. Going to come back in the future.
