Dr. Remec did a complete knee replacement on me in 2017 and I can honestly say I wish I had read some of his reviews. I don't think he did a good job at all, as I can barely get my knee to 90 degrees. I did almost 3 months of therapy, as well as working on it at home myself, but still has limited range of motion. It has been over 20 months and I now realize that i"ll never be able to squat down again or even walk downstairs normally. My recommendation, is to keep clear of this guy. Not friendly.
I have had a full knee replacement and two carpal tunnel surgeries performed by Dr. Remec, and would personally recommend him as I followed his post surgery advice and have no problems what so ever.......My replaced knee feels great.
I would not recommend anyone to see him. My interactions with him have been bad due to his inability to either be a doctor for the people or being on the take with the insurance companies. His recommendations for injured persons is outlandish. My last two meetings with him due to compensation orders to visit we're hardly complete and thorough examinations. I have personally seen five different Healthcare professionals, and they all agree that I should have a scooter, but the doc said nope
Do not make an appt with Remec unless you want to waste your Tim & your insurance company's $. Useless & I would have asked him to prove he had an MD but he walked out as fast as he walked in. The waiting room was empty when I got there & empty when I left. I guess that's a good indication that others don't want to see him either.
