I recently visited the Saint Regis Spa and overall had a lovely experience. The facilities are absolutely beautiful—elegant, clean, and serene, which really sets the tone for a relaxing day. I had a manicure, pedicure, massage, and facial. While the ambiance was top-notch, I found the actual services a bit underwhelming for a luxury spa. It was a girls weekend at the St Regis Cerebrating birthdays and pampering a friend dealing with breast cancer. The services received were phenomenal. The massages divine and the pedicures amazing! I paid for all our treatments or so I thought. The bill was large and when I asked about tipping was advised it was included. A week later I checked my account and found two charges for the spa on my account. Mind you I signed only for the one. When I called to question I was advised that this charge was for my friend. Kristen was very nice, calm, and really easy to engage with. She took all of my preferences and was able to provide a wonderful, relaxing experience.
I’ve received 4 calls back to back regarding and approved rescheduling for my appointment. I originally was going to come today, 1/12/2025- but I had to reschedule for the services of my Aunt. I have gotten numerous calls from a Maureen and an Amber, and I am not pleased. Now Amber states that she has no record of our conversations from yesterday morning via email, approximately 9 AM for my rescheduled appointment for 1/26/2025.
