I had my roof done by remco-usa of orem utah ! the salesman was great really thought i was going to be getting a quality product with a ten year warranty...almost a year later no warranty in hand, i had a drunken worker who fell off my roof, all the laborers were undocumented workers, only two spoke broken english, i was friendly to them so i found out they were undocumented! unfortunately for me a neighbor across the street didn't tell me until after the job was done that the workers left big gaps in the plywood decking on ... read more

When they came and sold me the fence everything sounded great. I should have known better. The install didn't start when they said it would. When the guy did show up to do the install he was hung over, didn't tell us when he was here or when he was leaving. It took a week longer to install a chain link fence than I was told too. Even though the salesman told me to call him if there were any problems, it was extremely difficult to get him to answer the phone or return a call.
