They will not allow you to cancel a policy online or over the phone. You have to come into the office and sign a paper. It’s 2025, we sign documents online. This is BS. Also when I got to the office, no one was there and I had to wait in my car for half an hour for someone to show up. It’s ironic they will happily open a policy for you over the phone and take your billing info, then email you all the documents but when it comes time to cancel they make it very difficult and inconvenient.
