Bs and expensive
Please avoid coming here at all costs! Take your business else where! When we got our policy everything went smooth, it wasn’t until we wanted to make a change to our policy that we realized the depth of the issues we were going to have. We tried for WEEKS on end to try and get our policy edited to not only having to call about hundreds of times but trying to go to the office and each time it was closed. What a bad insurance service. My parents go there to make the payment and they are never there. They’ve gone like 10 times and never there. You call them and don’t answer the phone also. If I could leave a negative 5 star I would.

Es una agencia que solo te consigue una aseguranza con otras aseguranzas,son intermediarios con otras aseguranzas,me consiguieron con Falcón y es lo peor que tienen,la gente que trabaja para falcón es demasiado grosera; no tienen educación no te explican bien en pocas palabras les falta experiencia y entrenamiento. Y sobre todo respeto para saber como tratar a lis clientes.son demasiado groseros lis que trabajan para aseguranza falcon.
