Beware beware beware!!! This is the second time I have tried to pay my bill at this location and it wasn't open. I called and got an office in Houston and they said that they were running late. So an office in Houston knows what 2 offices in Dallas are doing? How sad. If only this business knew how to be professional and open on time I wouldn't have to give this low rating. 4.9 stars no more. Downloaded the app to pay my bill.
