UPD: We just had an issue with shower leak and REMCO handled it great. I’ve submitted maintenance request on Sunday night and I’ve heard back from Jeff (REMCO) on Monday morning. They arranged plumbing company to come and fix everything on the next day. Also, additional communication and approval from owner was required on day of repair and I think they handled it within an hour. March 2024: Our experience with Remco is great so far.
