The owners of this place are nasty, they are rude, and completely disregarded the health of their tenants, the roof was falling in, the floor was caving in due to a tenant before who had water go everywhere, the roof was leaking they never fixed it, they do not answer phones, and they drive by your house everyday looking around and stalking. Karl and Cindy are very unprofessional people, NEVER EVER MOVE HERE. How was pulling apart in every corner and they cared nothing about it.
not a good company to rent from. they never answer the phone or return calls. I had a leak under my rent house for almost a year before it was fixed which resulted in over $1100.00 above my average water bill. At that point we decided to move and gave them our 30 days notice. They allowed the home owner to change the locks 9 days prior to our 30 days notice even though we were never once late on rent the 7 years we were in this house.
