Nice facility. Very well run.
This was my second time at this facility. The first time was not a bad experience. However I sat by in the waiting room waiting for my name to be called and listened to the two ladies behind the counter time and time again be very rude to people either on the phone or at the counter. I didn’t say anything because everyone in there is there because of pain and not in the mood for confrontation. My second experience was today. The only complaints I have is that they don't have any handicap door access & they have very little room for someone in a wheelchair. It doesn't make sense for a surgery center. Otherwise everyone is very friendly.
had an epidural with sedation for my back pain yesterday and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. But the front desk lady was a bit rude and had odd manners.. I didnt recieve any message or phone call on directions on what time to be there at even when i called to ask about my procedure they never mentioned if i had to be there earlier.
