Worst experience I’ve ever had the most humiliating and as far as a billing six months later, I get another bill do not recommend
I had an epidural with sedation for my back pain yesterday and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly front office very professionally pleasant staff. I have been to a couple different surgery centers and this one is the best. I felt very relaxed and confident in their care. If you need to have anything done at a surgery center this is the one to go to. Highly recommend!!
I had a procedure here yesterday, and as I love and appreciate my doctor, this center choice of staff is less to be desired. The recovery staff Casandra was the absolute ruddiest person she addressed me in a very annoying tone, she was irritated and short with me as I was waking up from anesthesia. She had a horrible attitude like she was force to take care of a patient. After 16 hours from not having anything to drink or eat, I asked for something to drink and crackers, she replied in an annoyed tone we don’t have crackers ... read more
