Overall it was good!, despite being hectic week, I assured management that it could wait a few days, our mailbox lock stopped working after years ..of use. I forgot about it, till the weekend. Had a good laugh, text the office, first thing Monday morning it was taken care of! As for other work repairs, they always, been quick to take care of it, always polite and professional. We have been at Rembrandt Park Apartments a little over a year now, and we love it here. Stacy has been wonderful from the very beginning. The maintenance crew is very good and prompt. The only issue is extra parking.
Stacy has been so amazing! She takes the misery of apartment hunting and the application process!!! I have had some terrible experiences with property managers and this woman has been so kind and helpful!! Im excited to be a resident solely because of my experience with her!!!! Thank you STACY!
I put the maintenance request in on Sunday night when I recognize the rest standing water on the water heater. Neva was there Monday morning and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. There were no interruptions and the house looked as it did when I left. Thank you so much for all the work.
