Negotiated a price on a property with fantastic guidance from Bill O’ Neil. He is a professional through and through with his in depth knowledge of the market and guidance through a challenging property inspection. I am an out of state buyer so his knowledge was very valuable. Highly recommend!
I was interested in a house with renters and had concerns. Steve Pachuta came up with a creative solution that addressed my concerns. I also lived 2 hrs away, so Steve volunteered to be my eyes and viewed the house and sent pics of areas he thought were problematic to prep me for my visit a few days later. I highly recommend Steve.
