I purchased on November 25 and the home seller used remax as the real estate broker ! The settlement agent they use is a “concierge” service, let me tell you far from it, it’s been a night mare to deal with The Law Office of Samatha Joseph! She is not readily available on google besides her website which phone they do not answer.
