My wife and I were very pleased with Stephanie as our agent, and would definitely recommend her. She was very accommodating and helpful during the entire selling process. After the first potential buyers backed out of our first contract agreement 3 days before closing, she worked very hard to get it sold quickly thereafter. We first used another Real Estate Company to sell our house and they were very helpful but our home didn’t sell over the winter. When our 6 month contract was up we called Stephany Biggs with Remax to sell our home after seeing another home in the neighborhood sell really fast.
