Sharon was an absolute angel to work with when looking for and purchasing my first home. She and her staff were always available to discuss and tour homes. When I would present Sharon with a list of places I was interested in, she would communicate with the listing agents and let me know if the place already had offers, or if they would be waiting to present the homeowner with offers at a later time. I have been providing mortgages in KC for nearly 25 years. I’ve worked with Sharon Sigman frequently. I have to say, she is the most pleasant to work with. Always pleasant. Handles her clients with wonderful ethics and morals. She truly puts them first. Patience and genuine sensitivity to her clients’ needs. I first met Sharon and hired her as a buyers agent. Since then she has sold 2 other homes for me. She knows our market well, performed beyond my expectations and always keeps the customer's needs in focus. Sharon was able to move properties others "sat on". When I sold my resort at the Lake of the Ozarks I needed to do a 1031 exchange. Sharon Sigman found me 3 perfect properties two of which are in the Plaza area. One of the properties had multiple bids but sharon suggested strategies to me to get the winning bid. She help me select a wonderful home inspector & handymen to assist with various projects. Her transaction manager Melinda was super nice, a real pleasure. She & Sharon answered and or returned my calls very quickly. I would highly recommend Sharon and Melinda.

Sharon was available to help me with my multitude of Real Estate questions without hesitation. She related many things I hadn't even thought of. She was able to meet me at several houses to show me at odd times but they were the only times I was available. I was purchasing a house for my son and his wife who were moving here from California. We had narrowed it down to 3 houses and they did the final choosing. They loved all three but one was already under contract so they still had 2 to choose from and were VERY HAPPY!
