Had multiple issues with purchasing through Nigel McLean. Was not on the ball at all and we received the condo dirty. Apparently his idea of broom clean is to leave a pile of dirt in the middle of the floor NOT RECCOMENDED Update: They asked for info, my email, etc because they were going to "make things right." THEY DID NOTHING, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS FALSE GESTURE

Recently purchased a condo in Terra Losa thru Nigel McLean. Our agent had multiple issues dealing with Nigel, he's no good. We took possession of a dirty condo, he had the nerve to make sure it was "broom clean" but left a pile of dirt in the middle of the floor. Place is disgusting, he should have had it cleaned before handing it over but obviously an extra couple hundred bucks in his pocket was more important than happy customers. THIS GUY IS A DUD. FIND A BETTER REALTOR, IT WON'T BE HARD
