I would not recommend if you are looking to use them to manage your property as a landlord. We moved away from Edmonton and in the time that they managed our property they tried to ask us to drive back twice, once for an extra key even though they had all the keys, and once to give the tenant our laundry card even though tenants buy their own through coinamatic. Every time we changed tenants they would charge us 200 refundable deposit for a locksmith and then charge us for the locksmith as well and we'd have to fight to get ... read more
