I recently started a new professional relationship with one of their property managers, Mioara. She was punctual, meticulous, and had a positive educational approach during our appointment. Mioara explained not only the (changing) facts and specifics to my situation, but the implications, rights, and responsibilities that came with it. Great communication skills and overall very professional.
We had a fantastic experience working with Aki Bhardwaj during our move-in inspection. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and thorough in every detail. Her excellent communication skills and quick responsiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Aki went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of efficiently. We truly appreciate her dedication and support. Highly recommend her services!
The room viewing and living experience is wonderful. However, I have a very frustrating experience with the Property Administrator Mary as the information she provided is misleading and manipulative.

Absolutely worst service for landlords! I would NOT recommend Remax if you are thinking about using them for property management services. We signed a service agreement to commence on March 17, changed our mind before commencing the service and terminated contract (before commencing) on March 14 by emailing Ash Somani. I got an email back from Aileen Conde with a number to follow up if any questions. I called Aileen left a voice mail but never returned my call back.
