I recently purchased a property from re/max homes agent by the name of Shileah Heinstand, initially she was very responsive and seemed to be on our side as far as negotiating and overall outcome of the sale. We purchased a 5 acre parcel at least that is what was listed on the re/max website, come to find out after the deal was done I found out through the county and water reclamation bureau the parcel is actually only 4.5 acres. Highly recommend this team. Susan and Kramer are the best in Kittitas. They are not pushy and listen to what you are looking for within your budget. They follow through the complete buying process. I have used them twice for personal purchases and referred 2 other families that bought homes and are going to be sending 2 other buyers to them.
