When he first sat us down to sell his services to us, Patrick mentioned that he vowed to never use a realtor again after his experiences with them in the past. After my experience selling with him, I've gotta say he's perpetuating that feeling. The guy seemed more interested in making sure I knew his wife worked for him and that that was so cool than he was in making sure I got a good deal.
