not too happy w/them….went w/out ac on two separate occasions for a total of 10+ days during “inferno”temps & I had to stay w/a friend bec apt was unlivable. Never any offer to put me up in a motel while th problem was fixed..Now have been living w/some mystery leak for over a month as water seeps up thru my floor, ruining baseboards that are covered in mold & vinyl planking is buckling….entire apt smells like a mildewed basement…have made numerous phonecalls that have resulted in plumbers coming twice, acknowledging th trut... read more
Most knowledgeable realtor & property owner I've met . I can learn a lot from someone as knowledgeable as him.
This office has poor communication efforts, lack of professionalism and no respect for their tenants who are paying into their homes. I hope they learn some manners in the near future, but I won't hold my breath.
