The girls in the Enid office are very helpful and friendly! Always very attentive to getting repairs done with a quick response on the rental properties. Excellent and quick on giving deposit refunds! I would highly recommend renting property from ReMax!!!
The building was nice and clean. The wall mural on the front of the place really adds character. You feel at home in this place. Me being a first time home buyer, this place made it very comfortable and welcoming.
This is the worst "property managment" company I have ever been associated with. We are currently in the process of trying to sell a house, and they are refusing to give the realtor a key for showing. They are also refusing to let us walk through our rental property. I would give negative stars if possible.
The whole time I lived in Enid I lived in the same house. It went through 3 different landlords over the 5 years I lived there, Amber Sprague being the last one before I moved out. I had an urgent event in my life that caused the need for me to move as soon as I could. I’ve been a tenant with RE/MAX, under the management of Craig Vickers, for three years, and my experience has been marked by consistent dishonesty and neglect. Before I moved in, Craig Vickers and RE/MAX made multiple promises about improvements to the property—none of which were fulfilled.
