I have rent from Remax for almost a year now, Alex is my realtor and she’s definitely friendly and always on top of things if I ever need anything! I have had a few problems but nothing that’s not ever been taking care of quickly! For my first place alone ever in my life I appreciate having someone make sure my place is taken care of! Alex you’re a rock star!
The girls in the Enid office are very helpful and friendly! Always very attentive to getting repairs done with a quick response on the rental properties. Excellent and quick on giving deposit refunds! I would highly recommend renting property from ReMax!!!
The building was nice and clean. The wall mural on the front of the place really adds character. You feel at home in this place. Me being a first time home buyer, this place made it very comfortable and welcoming.
This is the worst "property managment" company I have ever been associated with. We are currently in the process of trying to sell a house, and they are refusing to give the realtor a key for showing. They are also refusing to let us walk through our rental property. I would give negative stars if possible.
The whole time I lived in Enid I lived in the same house. It went through 3 different landlords over the 5 years I lived there, Amber Sprague being the last one before I moved out. I had an urgent event in my life that caused the need for me to move as soon as I could. Even though my year lease was only half over I reached out to Amber and she worked with me every step of the way to make it possible for me to move out within the month.
