We hired Nikki Hill because of the great reviews she had. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. (She no-showed to an appt, lacked in communication for many things and was unprofessional.) We chose to keep her for the selling process because we did not want to be charged for the amount she would have received from the sale of our home if we had backed out based on the clause in our sales contract, but because we were not under contract for buying we chose to go with a different realtor.
