I had the displeasure of dealing with Remax of Princeton with their realtor Ms. Uma Sogani who represented the Seller she was extremely unprofessional with my Realtor. The negotiations were 4 months long, during that whole time our listing was never placed "Under Contract or Pending" was shown and stayed FOR SALE until the closing. In addition she refused to discuss concerns that may have been resolved easily talking with realtor to realtor yet she refused told my realtor all conversation and concerns needed to be discussed ... read more

Karma is the most unprofessional realtor ive ever had this displeasure of having to work with. She wastes our time and does not communicate well at all. Find someone else for sure.

I called Remax of Princeton and the phone rang about 6-8 times and no one answered. 10 seconds later Jim called me back ..my questions are, if your phone is ringing and you’re in the office, why not just answer? Are you not in the buisness of selling homes? Why call me back with a nasty attitude and curt retort? And THAT’S why they lost my buisness. JUST BEWARE OF SHORT TEMPERED AGENTS!

Their agent enabled the seller of my home to withhold the keys from us after closing because he "didn't receive confirmation" that the payment was wired into his account, despite the title company having proof that the transaction was complete. This was also after the seller waited until 5:14 pm to sign the closing documents, effectively sabotaging himself and delaying payment until the next day.
