I would not recommend working with Molly VanVranken for real estate services. After exchanging contact information and discussing a property search, communication completely broke down. I provided my email address for property listings and market info, but received zero follow up, no listings, and no actionable data. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional and unreliable. I suggest looking elsewhere for a dedicated, responsive agent.
Advertised a listing as having a "convenient kitchen island" and upon close since the island wasn't affixed, it was removed from the house.
Most helpful most responsive agent I've ever had
Our realtor Lori knoll ambs is fantastic I'm selling my first home it's a Fixer upper and she has made the process very easy 😀 glad we chose her
