Seven of us decided to sell our psychotherapy officer building in Boulder which we have owned for 20 years. We employed Tyler Dock to manage the sale. This is the second house I have bought in Boulder with Jay Kalinski in the past 11 months. The first one was my home (which I absolutely love) and this second one is my rental property. I would say buying this rental property was much more challenging than buying my home. The inventory was scarce, and these houses were older. Most of the houses we looked at were 50-60 years old, and rental properties were generally not as well maintained as owner occupied homes.
