Not recommended, short version: He generally knows the trade, but is weak on details, shows questionable integrity, ultimately was unprofessional with a situation that he caused. Long version: I was buying a house from his client. Beyond the normal 'forgot a few details' sort of thing I also noticed that he was recommending something the inspector said was a bad idea, and thought the negative pressure meter in the basement was for radon level.
