Worked with this realtor on a window cleaning job. I made it clear upfront that payment was expected before service, but I gave some flexibility in good faith. She didn’t show up to the appointment, didn’t answer calls, and only reached out last minute. I still completed the job professionally. My wife and I were very lucky we learned of Nancy Adinolfe at the onset of our involvement in our son's probate estate matters.
