I looked for a local realtor and left messages with a few. Pete returned my call promptly and we met at my property. His manner was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable of the area. I agreed with his plan and was greatly pleased with the photos and aerial video highlighting the local attractions. I was apprised of all showings with some feedback. My property was sold in 6 days with closing in 30 days at asking price. Pete did an amazing job and always was available for any questions!!
