I can't even begin to express how grateful I am that Lyla was our listing agent. Her knowledge of real estate and local professionals proved invaluable. She has years of experience and lives locally. Her advice was spot on. An unforeseen issue arose at the last minute, Lyla rolled up her sleeves, got right on the problem, and miraculously closing happened right on schedule. Lyla Stark recently handled the sale of our home in Jefferson City. She made the entire process smooth and easy. She is prompt, thorough, and very professional. Lyla Stark is one of the best realtors in town. I would not choose another realtor in the Jefferson City area. Lyla has sold two of my houses. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She is a very sweet and caring lady who is able to fight like a pitbull for you when necessary. Lyla exceeds expectations with her professionalism.

Came to attend a open house and as the realtor/owner was in the process of pulling out of the driveway we were pulling up to view her listing. Apparently there wasn't much interest in the house because she was leaving before the scheduled time was over, she had the worst attitude and refused to show us the house. With that kind of behavior I'm glad I didn't have to use her services anyway. Thanks for saving me the hassel Ms. Lyla Stark!!
