We worked with Marty Orlando on and off for over two years, we were relocating from CA to DE, we finally met up with Martin in June 2026 in Delaware and via his professionalism and patience he eventually helped us find the home we have moved into. It was via his persistent contacts keeping us aware of the market in Delaware, when we finally came to decision time, his vigilance made sure the whole process was "painless". I highly recommend Marty Orlando, if you are looking for a home in Kent County Delaware.
Marty was an excellent realtor. He responded quickly and communicated all of the steps along the way. He put together an excellent list of homes for us to see. It was a very smooth and efficient process. We are very happy with our new home.
Leslie J. (Please List My Name This Way, Thanks.) I enjoyed working with Marty from June of 2023 until April of 2025. He was attentive to my needs, gave me good sound advice, compassionate, was a great shoulder to lean on when I needed someone to just listen, and very committed to his clients. Marty's sense of humor got me through many of days as I made a huge transition in my life --- retiring in one state and moving two states over. I would recommend Marty to anyone who is looking to sell and/or buy a home he is a true Re... read more
Marty was friendly, knowledgeable and showed interest in what I was looking for in a home. He shared his experiences dealing with different builders and 55+ communities. He easily and quickly answered any questions I had and was available after the closing to provide valuable resources to new members of the area. Great personality and great realtor,
Marty Orlando was my Realtor for 1.5 years while I was trying to sell my house in Florida. He continuously sent me houses on the market in Dover and always was available when I had questions. When I finally did sell my house, he was graciously willing to handle my initial and final inspection while I was packing in Florida. He knows the market and is an excellent Realtor. He goes the extra mile for his clients. I highly recommend him!!
