If I could leave a negative review I would! Renters beware of Jeff Metcalf aka West Wick Management. He is dishonest and thinks that the laws are a suggestion. We took him to court on 1.8.23 for the return of our deposit and won. He still has not returned our deposit and we have now turned it over to an attorney to collect. Mr. Metcalf we will follow through with this, it will not go away! You shoud read up on the Idaho tenant landlord laws and change your lease! You are responsible as you represent the owner! Would give zero stars if could. Was talked to like a pile of trash. Very rude and disrespectful. Very easy to say the person we spoke to was very spoiled and raised without any accountability or manners.
