I attempted a realest transaction and got passed onto Kathy Segura through a different realtor that wouldn't bother showing a place to me. After a couple of days I was finally able to get in to view home. She gave me the key code and only showed up after I gave myself an unguided tour. I moved into a rental house they listed, and the heater did not work on move in. Notified the front office when I went to pay my rest of my deposit and once again after a couple weeks, nothing was done all winter. I had an 8 year old, 5 year old, and a 6 month old. We froze the entire winter. If I could give zero stars I would. These people have left my mother in a freezing house during winter without gas for hot water and food for over 2 weeks due to a broken gas main! They are even refusing to compensate her for the gas bill that is over $300 saying it is her responsibility. Shame on you for taking advantage of her!!!
