Hector was the best & came highly recommended by a friend of mine. He used his wealth of experience to help sell a duplex in record time. And he was on top of the sale offering advice & tips through the sale process. I was surprised that he got us a great price as other realtors had struggled to sell the duplex for months and were pushing for us to lower the sale amount despite being a great property in a great location. Hector and his team were steadfast in what were our very narrow specifications of what we wanted. And was very patient when my better half wanted one thing, and I wanted another.
