This property management company scams potential tenants out of their security deposits and then removes the property listed from the market without replying to emails or text or processing your application. I have still heard nothing back from them on my request for a refund. They never confirmed nor processed my application submitted on a Saturday afternoon immediately following viewing the, property. Listing was then removed the following Monday morning by Joshua Hess.
