Never again will I rent through this company. When we went into pay the pet deposit they had completely screwed us over and changed it to something we had not agreed upon (thouroughly read your lease they don't care about you). waiting to see if they make my deposit refund correct, trying to charge me for thing like carpet cleaning that was done when I moved out and other thing that are unjustified and documented on move in inspection other reviews tell me I will get no answer. I will write another once this is corrected or write another if its not.
Choosing Crystal to sell our mother's home was the best decision that we could have made. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the homes in the area. Be very careful- take pictures of EVERYTHING when you leave her properties...we had a great experience and relationship with Ms Rock, until we were leaving. My husband mowed our lawn for our final inspection on 6/24/16...Ms. Rock's associate walked through on 6/25/16. We later only received 770$ of our 1000$ deposit back, and one of the reasons cited was that our grass was "extremely high", along with other things. My home is now a money pit after I left it in precession of Glenda Johnson and Scott from Remax NorthStar. I paid them to manage my property which all they did was collect the money and not make sure the home was maintained or make sure the tenants were taking care of the property. Jeanne Rock has been ripping me off for years 2001to 2011. I'm a former soldier with 9 years active duty service. She has managed my property for over 10 years. I kind of knew that she was over charging me for almost everything and not really keeping the house up on maintenance.
