Very unprofessional. Left multiple messages and my calls were never returned by an agent. We wanted to put an offer on a listing. I called the day after it was listed and again two days later. Attempted to visit the open house and nobody was there. Called the office again and they stated the open house had been cancelled. Nothing was updated online. Robert Rowe is a money hungry slumlord. He allowed my house to get infested with rats from his “ play barn” See Bob likes to play farmer when he’s not stealing your money. This is what living conditions he put children in!!!! Still think that crooked smile is honest? I gave this man 80k in 6 years! These pictures are from rats. The house was abandoned 60 days ago.

I hate Google for not letting me rate negative stars. Never rent from Pat Davis. Awful, and a bully. You're better off renting in osu campus.
