realtors are flash in the pans! They'll give you a nice high list price and tell you their contractors will do any upgrades at their expense and we sign off to that what they promised. but then, one day realtor tells us that our house needs re-evaluation and tells us unfortunately their contractors won't do the upgrades at their expense and tell us WE HAVE to do these $100K worth of upgrades at OUR EXPENSE!!
