Mike Pospahala is an exceptional person, professionally and personally. He absolutely went above and beyond to help my family get moved due to family illness. Did not have a good experience with Robyn Mason. She came by the house to discuss a home sale. She asked me a battery of questions. She offered to sell my house for much less than market value. She was hard to reach. She took my house keys and she was supposed to email me a contract, but she never did. She changed her mind after meeting with me. It is very evident she is concerned with the almighty dollar and not customer service.
I am writing in reference to Charlotte McCormick who stands heads above other realtors that I have worked with. She is quick efficient and will recall you even years later after your home closes. Working with Charlotte you are just not another closing but a personal relationship that is carefully nurtured based on fundamental business ethics and a great personality. Do yourself a favor and ask for Charlotte!
I was repeatedly lied to for month 2 months on closing dates. Avoid Renee at all cost. Forced to file an insurance claim which was denied which costed me $15,000. She moved my listing price way above my request. She very obviously only cared about her bottom dollar.
