I would not recommend this agency. This agency represented the seller in my home transaction. The agent lied to my agent three times about loan and closing documents being complete and send to escrow. They were 3.5 weeks late to closing. I sent contract cancellation paperwork and planned to keep the $10,000 deposit. He aware, as a buyer if your paperwork is not done you risk losing your deposit. If you pick an agent who is not honest, you could lose a lot of money.
