If I could give this review zero star, I would do so. Very poor customer service and follow-up. We rented a home in Lely Resort from the agent, Renee McDonald, who failed to follow through on all of the issues at the home we rented at 9099 SAHALEE COURT, NAPLES, FL. We ended up leaving the property early due to numerous issues including a pool heater that was not working.
