In the end we weren't able to reach a deal with the sellers and ended up deciding to look for a home in a different area. However we found Kim to be exceptionally helpful throughout the process. She was always on top of everything, super friendly and gave consistently excellent advice. If you are looking for an agent to help you buy a home, you could not do better.
