As a homeowner of a property for sale, I am very disappointed in Chris as an agent. Chris requested a private showing of our property for an hour and did not show up, nor did he cancel the showing or notify my agent of the need to reschedule. This is very disrespectful of other people’s time and energy and not acceptable behavior of an agent. Please send a request to cancel a showing if you do not intend to show the property to your buyer.
