Jenny Bell was very helpful in setting the expectations, laying out a timeline, and setting priorities. She was a big help in finding contractors and professionals for various needs along the way as well. She was very quick to respond to questions and I felt she was fighting for my best interests the whole time. I would highly recommend her services.

Jenny Bell was great to work with in so many ways. She is extremely knowledgeable about Fort Collins as she is from here, she was very communicative and informative for us as first time home buyers answering all our questions and keeping us on task once we were under contract, and she did a wonderful job of communicating with the seller for us.
