I had high hopes for this product and in the beginning there was excellent customer support. But after trying it and sending photos to make adjustments I find it uncomfortable to wear. The fabric too rough to wear without a shirt. I am still waiting for answers to questions--I bought it in May and it's now July.
Worked with Sean on a belt size problem and found him to be a terrific person to do business with. He is not only fair, he went beyond expectations to solve the problem for me. Thanks again Sean.

His knowledge of sleep apnea is amazing and he made some suggestions including a cell phone app and journal which will be amazing in order to track my sleep apnea progress to a better sleep pattern.
