We chose this company to replace our back deck and the finished product is elegant and exactly what we wanted. Delays are a very normal part of the construction process, but once they did get going, the crew who worked on our deck was efficient, polite, and very professional. Other than obviously having them working on our deck, we wouldn’t have even known they were there because they weren’t taking up parking or needing to enter our house at all. A must read for your purchase decision. Project Grade: B- on final product, F on process and customer service. We went with RRR/Remarkable for our project because we believed their website that stated they achieve customer satisfaction in all areas including timeliness, attention to details, and a service-minded attitude. R&R.... Run and Retreat. This company is one to avoid at all costs. I contracted them in January 2022 to stucco and stone my existing house and detached garage... still not done as of 02 DEC 2022. I also contracted them to replace the windows on my home, after 5 months they finally arrived. However they were ALL ordered wrong. I do not recommend this business. They did not complete my project properly and I have tried over and over again to get it rectified and both the project manager and owner have been unresponsive time and time again. Thankful I did not get my entire back yard remodel by them like I intended. Look at the pictures and you will see a piece of fence that was never replaced. Also other reviews are not favorable. Beware
