Matt came to our home to help us with our very large, very rambunctious puppy. From the moment he walked in the door, he was the consummate professional. Our pup, Aggy, is my 16-year-old son's dog and I wanted him to be the "alpha" and be the human trainee along with his dog. Matt was great with both of them. We came to Matt a few months ago with Ryder. We didn't think he was a smart dog. We soon learned that Matt can work wonders. He now understands commands and dose a much better job walking with us. Thanks Matt for teaching us to be better parents to our dogs �
So Belle is our boxer baby and is not quite six months old yet. Our hope is that she will progress in such a manner that she can be a certified service dog for our son, Jace. Matt did a knockout job with our fur babies! Our terrier mix Odin is very stubborn and our golden retriever Leia just needed puppy refining. Odin struggles with dominance issues and goes crazy when he encounters other animals. I love that Matt explained we are getting trained just as much as our dogs. After working with Matt we have been making great progress. Odin can now calm himself down and is listening much better. The best part of Matts training is that we now have the tools to communicate with our dog! Thanks Matt!!
Very knowledgeable and great with our dog. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and after just two sessions we have seen remarkable improvement in our dog Lucy.
I am a Combat Veteran with a service dog, Athena. Although Matt did not do Athena's original training he was able to help me with some additional training. Matt help me with calling my dog back when she was off leash in the back yard or dog park. Athena would go for food on the ground from time to time. Matt help me with fixing that and now she will only take food from me, or what is in her dog bowl. After only a few training sessions, I noticed a difference in my Husky. I really liked the fact that Matt has always been checked in with my dog and I through out every session. He always explains what it is that he's doing and let's you practice with your dog to make sure you're doing it correctly. He's always early to every single appointment.
