I had a situation with an RN that would not come and assess a patient per family request. Family were concerned of their loved one being in pain. The nurse actually stated, "WHY" should I make a visit if he hasn't had pain medication. Not only was she rude to me, she was rude to the family and our assistant. If you need urgent response, this on-call nurse will not have any compassion or empathy.
Remarkable Hospice provided truly exceptional care during one of life’s most difficult seasons . Their team was compassionate, professional, and deeply committed to my family. They go above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and peace every step of the way. Communication was excellent, and every staff member showed genuine kindness and respect. I highly recommend Remarkable Hospice to anyone seeking quality hospice care and support. Five stars all the way.

My father was in a nursing home when a hospitalization forced a decision to go on hospice. The staff at Remarkable Hospice were so responsive, kind and caring. It made a difficult time more tolerable.
My Mom was on hospice with Remarkable for 2 short weeks. Tamara (the Exec Dir) and the nurse who came out the morning that my Mom passed away were a breath of fresh air. My sister Yolanda also works there and was the tech who took care of our Mom. Mom was in the best care during those 2 weeks. We're grateful for the care that Remarkable provided.
